Emco secures 107 cr from MAHADISCOM

New Delhi, Aug 4: Emco Ltd today said it has received a Rs 107 crore order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MAHADISCOM) for revamping and upgradation of Thane Distribution network.

This work, to be completed in 12 months, will be financed under the APDRP Scheme of government.

Earlier this week, the company announced its board meet on August 10, 2006, to consider and approve further issue of equity shares and securities by way of domestic and international offering.
