Zodiac Clothing Ltd recommends 50% dividend

New Delhi, Aug 3 (UNI) Textile major Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd today said its board of directors had recommended a dividend of 50 per cent for the shareholders.

The board had recommended a dividend of Rs 5 per equity share of Rs 10 each, in a meeting held on June 29, 2006, a company statement said.

If approved by members at the ensuing AGM scheduled for August 31, 2006, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after September 4, 2006.
