Australia-based ResMed begins operations in India
New Delhi, Aug 3 (UNI) In a bid to leverage growth opportunities in Asia-Pacific markets, Australia-based 3.5-billion dollar medical device developer ResMed today announced the launch of its marketing operations in India in partnership with domestic company Respicure Medsys.
However, it is yet to finalise the initial investment.
It plans to target metros and tier two cities like Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
''ResMed's leading technology in CPAP and mask solutions will now be accessible to the Indian people through its partnership with the Respicure Medsys,'' ResMed Asia Pacific Senior Vice President and Head Paul Eisen said.
ResMed offers integrated solutions for sleep disordered breathing like continuous positive airway pressure, automatic positive airway pressure, bilevel and adaptive servo ventilation therapy.
