Trainer Karan Singh fined

Bangalore, Aug 2 (UNI) The Stipendiary Stewards of the Bangalore Turf Cluf (BTC) have fined Trainer Karan Singh Rs 10,000 for negligence in accepting his charge 'Elegant Angel' (K Raja Rao) without a valid starting stall certificate in the Royal Randwick Plate race, held on July 29.
