Resurvey of poor for fresh BPL list in MP

Bhopal, Aug 2 (UNI) A resurvey would be conducted in Madhya Pradesh to enlist those left out in the BPL survey and to delete the names of ineligible persons.

Directives in this regard were issued to all district Collectors by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan through teleconferencing under the 'Samadhan Online' programme yesterday.

Mr Chouhan said the existing BPL card holders would continue to get ration under the public distribution system till new BPL list was finalised through re-survey.

''Names of ineligible persons should be deleted from BPL list, but those eligible should not be left out at any cost'', he said.
