Rajasthan spinning changes name to RSWM Ltd

New Delhi, Aug 2 (UNI) Rajasthan Spinning&Weaving Mills Ltd today said it it has received the approval of the Central government to change its name to RSWM Ltd.

The company said that the change in name is in effect from July 31, 2006.

The name RSWM Ltd shall appear in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
