Playwright gets 'Dala' Award

Kozhikode, Aug 2 (UNI) Noted Playwright K T Muhammed has been selected for this year's 'Dala' Award for his outstanding contribution to theatre.

The award, carrying a purse of Rs 50,000 and instituted by the Dubai-based cultural organisation 'Dala,' will be presented to him at a function here on August 26, Committee Convenor I V Das told reporters here today.
