Patna, Aug 2 (UNI) The long cherished dream of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi to rule the state was at last fulfilled but the duo was 'incapable' of handling power, the RJD has alleged.

The opposition party also charged the duo with creating a sort of sound pollution in the society by announcing tall promises.

Annoyed with the 'ignorant' attitude of Nitish Kumar, RJD national spokesman Shivanand Tiwari, who had written a letter to the chief minister on July 13, said he was still longing for a reply.

''But Mr Kumar did not even take the pain to go through the content of my letter,'' he rued.

During a brief meeting at a public function Mr Kumar had admitted having received the letter but could not read it citing time crunch, he said. He further alleged that it was a glaring example of the sushashan in which genuine letters remained unattended.

Mr Tiwari said in his letter he had challenged Mr Kumar to take action against two senior IAS officers C K Anil and Pancham Lal for their 'corrupt' practices and alleged that the double face of Mr Kumar had been exposed in the letter.

The RJD leader said through the letter he had reminded Mr Kumar to adhere to his ideologies. He accused the Nitish Kumar government of adopting separate set of rules for different categories of people.

He said Mr Anil had withdrawn lakhs of rupees on fake travelling allowance bills while Mr Lal had made fake appointments.
