CPI demands cancellation of controversial GO No 5
Hyderabad, Aug 2: The Communist Party of India(CPI) State Secretary K Narayana today asked the Andhra Pradesh Government to cancel the controversial GO No 5 to remove fear and confusion in the minds of the employees.
In a statement here, he also demanded the Government to disband the Implementation Secretariat in reforms section created by the then Telugu Desam Party(TDP) with a view to implement the directions of the World Bank.
Mr Narayana said the Government should take measures to strengthen the Institutions running with profits.
The Government should convene an all-party meeting to discuss the problems and financial crisis in organisations and measures to solve them, he added.
