Core Projects to acquire remaining stake in its subsidiary

New Delhi, Aug 2 (UNI) Core Projects&Technologies today said it will acquire the remaining 24 per cent equity stake in its susidiary Enterprise Computing Services for 90,000 equity shares of the company.

The company is in the process of getting the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and other approvals as may be necessary for swap of shares and related preferential issue.

It will allot the shares within 15 days from the date of receiving of the requisite approval from the Regulatory Authority.
