Woman dies in accident

Tirupati, Aug 1 (UNI) A woman hailing from Chennai was killed and two others injured when the jeep in which they were travelling overturned near Papanassam here today.

Police said the mishap occurred, when they were returning from Papanasnam.

The woman, Vasantha (73) died on the spot.

The injured were admitted to Government Ruia Hospital at Tirupati, police added.
