MLA surrenders before ACJ magistrate

Jaipur, Aug 1 (UNI) Lok Janshakti Party lone MLA in the Rajasthan Assembly and People's Democratic Movement leader Ranveer Singh Gudha today surrendered before a court here in connection with case of attack on a person pending against him. He was sent to the judcial custody till August 14.

The case was pertaining to a complaint registered at the Bani Park police station by some Ved Prakash against him and an accomplice Satyaveer Singh in 1993 under section 147, 323, 341 of the IPC. After repeated reminder, the MLA did not appear in the court. The court has declared him as proclaimed offender and issued standing order for his arrest. Today, the MLA surrenderd before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 23 and later he was sent to the judicial custody till August 14.
