Govt prohibits lockout at jute mills

Hyderabad, Aug 1 (UNI) The Andhra Pradsesh Government today prohibited further continuance of suspension of operations and lockout by the Management of Nellimarla Jute Mills at Nellimarla in Vizianagaram district with immediate effect.

The State Government issued notification to this effect.

The Government had also declared the oxygen and acetylene Industry in the State to be a public utility service for a further period of six months from July 27 this year, according to an official release here tonight.
