Deepa Jain Singh appointed Sec, Women

New Delhi, Aug 1 (UNI) Ms Deepa Jain Singh has assumed the charge of the office of Secretary, Women and Child Development here today.

An officer of Haryana Cadre (1971), Ms. Deepa Jain Singh has succeeded Ms Reva Nayyar who relinquished the office after superannuation.

Before joining the Women and Child Development Ministry, Ms.

Singh was the Secretary in National Minority Commission. She has also worked in various key Departments and Ministries of Central Government and Haryana State.
