BJP National Executive to be held next month

New Delhi, Aug 1 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today said, it will hold its National Executive next month probably in one of the states going to election in the next one year.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the BJP General Secretaries this evening. The party is yet to decide upon the venue.

However it will be between Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal and Punjab which are going to the polls in the next one year, BJP sources said.

BJP President Rajnath Singh has decided to sit on a day long dharna at Yeotmal town of in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra to draw the attention of the farmers towards the failure of the administration of not just the state government but also the Centre.

The BJP wants to drive have the point that there were over 80 farmers suicides after the visit of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Vidarbha and 700 this year.
