Thief arrested

Shivpuri, MP, July 31 (UNI) A member of an interstate robbery gang has been arrested from Thakarpura area in this district, police said today.

''Guna-resident Suraj Pardi was arrested when he was roaming in the area with an intention to carry out theft,'' Town Inspector Devandra Singh said.

Suraj was staying in this district's Senwda village from some time. He used to carry out thefts outside the village.

Suraj confessed to committing thefts in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Delhi, Gujarat, Punjab and Bangalore along with his friends.
