Sterling Biotech Q2 net rises 16 pc

Mumbai, July 31 (UNI) Sterling Biotech Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 30.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 26.39 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005, a rise of 15.95 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income has increased from Rs 120.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 143.66 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2006.
