Spicejet announced its expansion plan
Mumbai, July 31 (UNI) Private airlines SpiceJet today announced its plans for expansion and consolidation of its existing network with the induction of two new-generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet of six aircrafts here.
The airlines would soon launch flights from five new sectors that is Delhi-Varanasi-Delhi, Ahmedabad-Goa-Ahmedabad via Mumbai, Ahmedabad-Chennai-Ahmedabad, Kolkata-Gawahati-Kolkatta and Hyderabad-Bangalore-Hyderabad respectively.
Announcing the expansion plan, Siddhanta Sharma, Chief Executive Officer(CEO), SpiceJet said,'' SpiceJet aims to make travelling more accessible and affordable for the majority of its travellers. The new routes will help them enjoy Spicejet class, at low cost on many more new destinations.'' All the new sectors and additional flights will start with Red Hot Special Fares, available for booking from today and will also be available through Spicejet's website.
The airlines would start its Delhi to Gawahati via Kolkata and Delhi to Varanasi- Delhi flights from October7 and October 8 of this year respectively.
