Simplex Infrastructures registers 13 pc growth in sales

Mumbai, July 31 (UNI) The sales of the Simplex Infrastructures rose by 13 per cent from Rs 311 crore in the first quarter of the last fiscal 2005-06 to Rs 352 crore during the first quarter of the current financial year.

The EBITDA improved by 10 per cent from Rs 29.9 crore to Rs 32.8 crore, said a Company release.

Company CMD B D Mundhra attibuted the growth to factors like substantial investments made by the Company in manpower and equipment and its positioning which spans across all segments of construction across the country and overseas. Also, the Company has diversified into fields like airports, railways and urban infrastructure.
