Rajasthan's luxury train passengers to sign 'passage agreement'
Jaipur, July 31 (UNI): Passengers of Rajasthan's luxury trains will now have to sign an agreement which will prevent them from making any claims or complaints after the journey.
The Rajasthan Tourism Devlopment Corporation (RTDC) is planning to make its passengers for its soon-to-start new luxury and super luxury trains, sign a 'passage agreement', which will stop them from making claims in unforeseen circumstances like sudden change of route due to any deadly disease like bird flu, viewing of no tigers at Sariska or closure of any historical monuments due to curfew etc.
The RTDC is not ready to take any responsibility in case of such unforeseen circunmstances as it is beyond their reach to control such situations, say officials.
RTDC has taken the cue from world's famous luxury trains like Russia's famous Oriental Express, Canada's Grand Express etc which has this system of agreement with passengers. RTDC will start this new scheme from the coming season when the new trains get on track.
