Jindal Saw Q1 net up 37.58 pc

Mumbai, July 31 (UNI) Jindal Saw has posted a net profit of Rs 41.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, as compared to Rs 30.01 crore for the same quarter last fiscal year, an increase of 37.58 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income has increased from Rs 588.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 962.07 crore for the first quarter this year.
