Adlabs to amalgamate with Entertainment One (India)

New Delhi, July 31 (UNI) Adlabs Films today said the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the company have approved the amalgamation between the company, Entertainment One (India) Ltd, Reliance Unicom Ltd and Mukta Adlabs Digital Exhibition Pvt Ltd.

''The equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the company at its Court Convened meeting held on July 29, 2006, approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between itself, Entertainment One (India) Ltd, Reliance Unicom Ltd and Mukta Adlabs Digital Exhibition Pvt Ltd, with requisite majority,'' a company statement said.

Earlier, Adlabs entered into a co-production, film financing deal with Hyde Park Entertainment Group, a production, financing and international sales company, to mark its entry in the mainstream Hollywood.
