M P declared overall champion in postal chess championship

Ranchi, July 30 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh has clinched overall championship in 21st All India Postal Chess Championship, which ended here today.

The teams of Orissa and Andhra Pradesh were on second and third position whereas Rajeev Vasudeo from Delhi and Manoj Kumar from Orissa were individual winners with second and third position.

Union minister of state for communication and information technology Shakeel Ahmad distributed prizes among the winners and inaugurated a souvenir on the occasion.
