New Delhi, July 26 (UNI) The Forward Bloc today demanded making public all files relating to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and accepting the Mukherjee Commission report.
Addressing the party's march to Parliament on the issue, FB spokesperson and MP Debabrata Biswas said since the Commission had accepted that Netaji was not killed in the alleged plane crash in Taiwan on August 18, 1945 and that the "so-called ashes" kept in Renkoji temple in Japan was not of Netaji, it should be destroyed.
He said all the files relating to Netaji at the Prime Minister's Office, Home and Defence Ministries and documents available with Germany, US, Japan and Britain should be made public.
The Government, in its Action Taken Report (ATR), had stated that it was not in agreement with the findings of the Commission and had rejected the report.
