Pondy Govt to get 800 seats

Pondicherry, July 25 (UNI) With the private engineering colleges in the union territory agreeing to provide 50 percent seats to the government to be filled with students selected through the centralised admission committe,the Pondicherry administration will get about 800 seats in the government pool.

The private engineering colleges had reached an agreement to provide 50 per cent seats in all the four colleges in a meeting chaired by Chief Minister here yesterday.
