CII HR excellence award for VSP

Visakhapatnam, July 25 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) was conferred with excellence award by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in the area of human resource excellence and placed in the category of strong commitment to HR excellence .

According to a release here today, the CII team had taken into consideration the HR strategy, well-being of employees and HR management practices in the areas of people perception, customer perception and society perception.
