BMS calls for nation-wide strike on August 10
Visakhapatnam, July 25 (UNI) Bhartiya a Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) today gave a call for a nation wide strike on August 10 against the Central Government's failure to fulfill its promise to constitute the VI OPC, according to BMS All India President D M Raodev.
Talking to newspersons here, he said the Supreme Court in its verdict said any Union could be recognised through the secret ballot.
The government employee demands included restoration of old pension scheme, abolition of privatisation, withdrawal of contract labour system and removal of ceiling on bonus, he added.
