BJS passes internal securty-related and economic proposals

Jabalpur, July 25 (UNI) The Bharatiya Jan Shakti (BJS) has passed internal security-related and economic proposals during its national executive meeting -- chaired by BJS President Uma Bharti -- held at Allahabad on July 23-24.

BJS National General Secretary Prahlad Patel told reporters here that the country was in the grip of terrorists, naxalis and mafias and their communication and information mechanism was stronger than that of the government.

The recent incidents of Mumbai serial blasts and Chhattisgarh naxalite attack on CRPF-guarded Errabor relief camp proved this.

The proposal stated that the Madhya Pradesh Government was apathetic towards internal security and the success naxal-sponsored bandh in Balaghat was slap on the face of the BJP Government.

These incidents were a threat to the nation's security. The state has become a safe haven for drug mafias and terrorists.
