Six police personnel suspended in Bihar

Saharsa, Jul 22 (UNI) Six police personnel, inclduing an Assistant Sub-Inspector, have been suspended for escorting former MP Anand Mohan to Dehradun from Saharsa Jail.

Police Superintendent Wasimuddin Ahmad said here today that the senior police official Ganga Ram Hansda had escorted Mr Mohan to Dehradun for production in a court even after the date for production had lapsed.

Earlier, after a probe the jailer was suspended in this connection.
