Videocon issues FCCBs worth $105mn

New Delhi, July 21 (UNI) Videocon Industries today said it has issued Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth 105 million dollar with a coupon rate of 4.50 per cent.

To be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange, the bonds are convertible from September 2, 2006, until seven days prior to the maturity date.

Unless, previously redeemed, converted or repurchased and cancelled, the issuer will redeem each bond, at a redemption price of 127.65 per cent of its principal amount on the maturity date.
