Sun TV to consider FY07 Q1 results on July 31

New Delhi, July 21 (UNI) Sun TV today said its board will meet on July 31 to take on record the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006.

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 31, 2006, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, a company statement said.

The company reported a 69.65 per cent increase in net profit for the year ended March 31, 2006 at Rs 130.23 crore and revenues for the year were up at Rs 321.91 crore.
