NTPC defers announcement of Q1 results to July 31

Mumbai, July 21 (UNI) National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has said the company's board of directors has postponed the announcement of Q1 results to July 31.

Informing the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said the board of directors meeting was scheduled to be held on July 27, inter alia, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the company for quarter ending June 30 (Q1). After these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board, it has been postponed and the same shall now be held on July 31.
