NCL announcing financial results

Hyderabad, Jul 21 (UNI) NCL Industries Limited today announced the un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended june 30, 2006.

The Company achieved a sales turnover of Rs 4655 lakh, compared to Rs 2487 lakh in the corresponding previous quarter, an increase of over 87 per cent. The net profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 617 lakh compared to Rs 100 lakh in the corresponding previous quarter, an increase of over 516 per cent.

The cement division of the company achieved a turnover of Rs 2877 lakh as against Rs 1516 lakh in the corresponding previous quarter, an increase of about 90 per cent. The company produced 91,986 MTs of cement during the quarter as against 80,795 MTs in the corresponding previous quarter.

The boards division achieved a turnover of Rs 780 lakh, compared to Rs 598 lakh in the corresponding previous quarter, an increase of over 30 per cent.

The Prefab division achieved a turnover of Rs 999 lakh compared to Rs 372 lakh in the corresponding previous quarter, an increase of over 168 per cent, a release here said.
