BJP to raise Telangana issue in Parliament: Reddy

Hyderabad , July 21 (UNI) BJP state President N Indrasena Reddy today said the party would raise the Telangana issue in the ensuing monsoon session of Parliament.

Speaking to reporters here, Mr Reddy said the BJP leaders including L K Advani and Rajnath Singh would raise the issue in the Parliament where the party would demand introduction of a Bill for creation of Telangana.

Alleging that the Congress-led UPA government and Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS), a coalition partner of the UPA, had deceived the people of Telangana, he said why the UPA govt was not ready to introduce the bill even after the BJP had offered its support.

Mr Reddy said the party would continue the Telangana movement till the dreams of the people were realised.
