Reservoirs record increase in water levels

Thiruvananthapuram, July 20 (UNI) Water levels in three major reservoirs in the state increased due to the heavy inflow of water.

According to figures released here by the Centre Water Commission, Idamalayar reservoir received maximum inflow of water raising the level from 473.20 ft to 486.55 ft.

While Kallada recorded an increase of water level from 342.78 ft to 348.82 ft, Idukki recorded an increase from 2325.52 ft to 2335.12 ft.
