Rangasamy to participate in plan meeting

Pondicherry, July 20 (UNI) Pondicherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy left here this afternoon for Thiruvananthapuram to take part in the consultation meeting of the 11th five year plan being organised by the Planning Commission of India.

He was accompanied by Chief Secretary C S Khairwal and planning department Director Mr Sreedharan.
