One killed and more than 12 injured

Daltonganj, Jul 20 (UNI) A truck driver was killed and more than 12 people were injured today when a truck collided with a bus at Singra under Sadar police station of Jharkhand's Daltonganj district.

Superintendent of Police Udyan Singh here said the bus loaded with passengers was on its way to Ambikapur but a truck coming from opposite direction dashed against the bus.

The truck driver died on spot and more than 12 people were injured. Later, the injured were rushed to Medininagar hospital.

Condition of a woman passenger was stated to be critical.
