MP Govt sanctions Rs 25.68 crore for irrigation schemes
Bhopal, July 20 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government has sanctioned Rs 25.68 crore for implementing ten irrigation schemes in Ujjain, Ratlam and Neemuch districts to provide additional irrigation capacity on 3,194 hectare.
Water Resources Department officials have been asked to complete the work in the prescribed time limit without compromising quality, an official release said here yesterday.
An administrative sanction of Rs 16.80 crore was given for six irrigation schemes in Neemuch, while Rs 6.76 crore was sanctioned for three irrigation schemes in Ujjain and Rs 2.12 crore for one irrigation scheme in Ratlam, the release added.
