Light rains in Capital

New Delhi, July 20 (UNI) The capital this morning witnessed another spell of light rains.

The light showers, which began at around 0730 hours, led to a slight drop in minimum temperature, from 27.4 Degree celsius last night to 26.7 this morning.

Today's rainfall follows a spell of heavy rains on Tuesday and light rains yesterday, About 2.2 mm of rainfall was recorded till 0830 hours this morning.

The weather office has predicted more spells of rain and thundershowers with the likelihood of heavy rainfall in some areas during the next 24 hours.
