Hartal observed in Soura against killing of constable

Srinagar, July 20 (UNI) A complete shutdown was today observed in Soura and adjoining areas of the down town city in protest against the killing of a police constable by militants yesterday.

Shops and business establishments were closed. However, traffic was normal.

Militants yesterday killed police constable Ghulam Rasool in the area.
