15 feared dead, several injured in a cloudburst

Ambala, July 20 (UNI) About 15 people were feared dead and several others injured when they were washed away in Markanda river that swelled after a cloudburst near the Kala Amb bridge in Naraingarh sub-division in this district today.

Bodies of four people have been recovered so far near Shahpur village, about 10 km downstream of the Markanda bridge, Deputy Commissioner O P Langyan said.
