Standard Chartered launches Titanium MasterCard
Mumbai, July 19: Standard Chartered Bank today launched 'Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium MasterCard' in association with MasterCard worldwide.
The CEO-India of the bank Neeraj Swaroop said, ''Using the card the customer can enjoy the five per cent cash back on fuel and telecom usage and additionally one per cent on all other categories.'' He added that the offer was valid for all petrol pumps and telecom providers across the country. The other significant feature of the card being free airport lounge access at all Clipper lounges across the country, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, the Regional Head Customer Banking of the bank Murali Natarajan said, ''The MasterCard holders can use their cards at more than 24 million acceptance locations around the world which includes more than 10 lakh ATMs.'' The General Manager South Asia, MasterCard Worldwide, said on the occasion that initially the product would be launched in the top eight cities namely Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune.
Besides, there would be a promotional offer initially of a discount of 15 per cent on full fares on all the domestic flights of Indian Airlines and Alliance air and a discount of five per cent on easy fares and super saver tickets till September 20.
