RHPF constitutes 16 member committee
Tirupati, July 19 (UNI) The Religious Harmony Parirakashna Forum (RHPF) today constituted a 16-member Fact Finding Committee (FFC) to probe into the controversial issues relating to Tirumala temple including proposed rope way project.
Addressing a press conference here today, RHPF General Secretary C Mohan said the committee led by its President Dr K Ramireddy and Convenor Dr S Nagaraj would look into the allegations levelled by various Hindu organisations.
The committee would also probe the TTD officials involvement in the propogation of non-Hindu religion, the controversial Government Order 338 regarding the seven hills, about the merits and demerits of the proposed rope way project and other issues at the sacred hills, which would affect the religious sentiments of the Hindus.
The committee will submit the report with in a week to the RHPF and same will be produced before the TTD officials and government for action, he added.
