JEs suspended

New Delhi, July 19 (UNI) Two junior engineers of the Public Works Department have been suspended for dereliction of duty in the wake of the massive waterlogging problem during the last two spells of rain, Delhi Government said today.

The Government also issued ''stern warning'' to two assistant engineers of the department, an official spokesman said.

He said Delhi Urban Development and PWD Minister A K Walia made a round of water-logging prone points around the Income Tax Office and made suggestions to the officials present on how to deal with the problem in future.
