Financial Assistance to minority communities' candidates

Lucknow, July 19 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today announced to provide 50 per cent coaching expenses, with a ceiling of Rs 15,000, to minority communities' candidates preparing for MBA, B Tech, M Tech, M Sc and MBBS courses.

According to minorities welfare department, the facility would be provided to those eligible candidates, who are not receiving financial assistance for coaching from any other source.

Further, the annual income of the parents of such candidates should not be more than double the below povery line (BPL) level.
