Youth's fatal fall

Pondicherry, July 18 (UNI) A youth hailing from Thiruvannamalai was killed when he fell down from the fourth floor of a building under construction here last evening.

According to police the victim M Ramesh (20) of Kamalaputhur in Thiruvannamalai was working as a labourer here at the construction site for a court complex.Ramesh accidentally slipped and fell from the fourth floor when he was pouring water. Into the space provided to set up the lift. He was trapped on the third floor.

He was admitted to the Government General Hospital with injuries but succumbed late last evening.
