Godrej subsidiary ties up with Gold Coin grp

New Delhi, July 18: Godrej Industries today said its susidiary, Godrej Agrovet, (GAVL), has signed an agreement with Gold Coin Group to form a Joint Venture in India.

The new company, to be called Godrej Gold Coin Aquafeed Ltd with 51 per cent shareholding by Gold Coin Group, will consolidate Godrej's aquafeed business.

The group's Godrej Consumer Products Ltd had recently bought the South African hair colour business of UK's Rapidol, as well as its subsidiary Rapidol International, to enhance its global presence.
