Contentkeeper to set up 24x7 call centre
Hyderabad, July 18 (UNI) ContentKeeper Technologies, Australia, an Internet Security Company, proposes to invest USD 500,000 over the next four months to set up a large customer service centre here to service markets in Europe and USA.
The company, whose products are designed to enable organisations of all sizes to Monitor, Manage, Control and Secure Corporate access to Internet resources, also announced a strategic tie-up with Zoom Technologies (India).
The tie up was formally announced by Director and Chief Financial Officer, ContentKeeper Technologies Peter Wigley and Managing Director, Zoom Technologies M H Noble, at a press conference here.
Zoom Technologies will provide the back up and technical support for the 24x7 service centre. Initially ContentKeeper will employ 100 persons.
''Zoom has made a significant name in the IT industry, particularly in India, and is also recognised as a leader in the provision of network solutions, Mr Wigley said.
The company proposes to shift some of its product development units from Australia to India where it targets to provide high end Internet Security Solutions to Indian enterprises. It already has footprint in 56 countries.
The company also proposes to establish a product development Centre at Hyderabad or Bangalore, about which a decision is likely to be taken in the next six months Mr Manish Kumar, Vice President, Global Marketing, ContentKeeper Technologies said the company would make a foray into BPO in India and a decision will be taken over the next six months.
