Ten die in an accident near Jamnagar with a truck

Jamnagar, July 17 (UNI) At least ten people were killed as the 'Bolero' in which they were travelling, collided head-on with a truck near Danta village on the Jamnagar-Khambhaliya Road this evening.

All the passengers of the vehicle were taken to the nearest hospital at the Khambhaliya taluka town, about 50 km from the spot, but were declared 'brought dead'.

The deceased have been identified as, Mahmmad Abbas Sangar (35), Aziz Valimahmmad Sangar (30), Sabbir Hajiabbas (30), Zabira Aziz Valimahammad (38), Joseph Talab (45), Farzana Sangar (25), Hajiyani Aayesha, Ali Khamas (5), Aziz Mamad (5) and Halima Aziz (4).

The post mortem is being conducted, police said.
