RMCL bags Rs 40 crore order from KMF
Mumbai, July 17: Packaging applications major Radha Madhav Corporation Limited (RMCL) has bagged Rs 40 crore order from Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) to manufacture printed milk bags.
The KMF's packaging order, which would run for two years, has asked for the supply of approx 250 tonnes per month. The packaging for the printed milk bags would be of the food grade, which will be made from high performance, lower thickness made of three layers films.
In a statement here today, RMCL Managing Director Mitesh Agarwal said: ''The order from KMF is very important for the company's growth. We have increased our manufacturing capacity from 400 tonnes per month to 1700 tonnes per month. We are further expanding our capacities by setting-up additional units at Daman, which will further contribute to the company's growth''.
RMCL has posted a net profit of Rs 3.02 crore for the year ended March 31 this year. During the recently ended financial year, the company had recorded a total income of Rs 44.78 crore.
